 Hi guys,
I have similar problem. My firm also have this PC panel IL77 , and we tried to restore OS from restore disk, but they are not working. And we can't find nowhere to download Win XP Pro for Embedded systems . 
  So my first question is , can we find it anywhere?
  And second one, where can we find drivers for this pannel. I see that Google can find all:P, but if you already found it somewhere , plese do tell where:):)
