Lost my License

(0)  Hi All, I have problem with my PG M3. The problem related to the software (or the windows i uguest) An error message keep showing up on windows welcome screen every time i started the windows it said "Cryptographic provider initialization failed (plugin SCP3 - 0x80090016)" I don't know, if it a coincident or not. My Simatic manager failed to open since then. The error message is No Valid License Found. I Check it with Automation Manager, no license found for my Simatic Manager Can anybody tell me, what happen with my PG M3 ? and how to recover my License ? regards Yudhi Attachment: error.jpg  (18 Downloads) Dari langit turun ke Bumi

But in your case I think the problem is in ALM like a software itself. Did you try to reinstall it? Or is it possible to start ALM in order to see the licenses there? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

After deleting all machine key older than 2 days, All my Simatic license is visible again Regards, layudhi Dari langit turun ke Bumi
