Hi!

Someone may know the plans for the sale of Siemens PG release of Windows 7 64-bit. If not here, where you can look for such information. The regional office does not know the date, and admit that it stops me from buying ... :-)

Thx

Bye

If I were in your place should wait Hanover messe and then to decide. Sorry, I don't know who can give you information about future released PG, specially exactly when this will be.

Best regards,

Hi!!

Today at the fair automation Automaticon 2012 (Warsaw, Poland) talked with representatives of Siemens. It is like you said. Siemens does nothing against Hanover. I have to wait for the 2nd half of the year. The question is not it better to buy what is now and re-install the system on 64-bit. The question is what the OEM agreement for Windows 7? As originally installed in the PG 32-bit, then you can install 64 and have no legal problems with the license of Windows 7 A reinstall of the system is not a problem if one uses the integrated projects, Step 7 and WinCC 7.0 ... :-)

Thx

Bye

Prefer Always a PG running under windows Xp-Sp3 Platform , indeed its the best platform to work with Siemens software for all our driver and firmware update needs.
