  I have create my A/c in My documentation Manager profile & I produce Doc. In RTF & PDF. I got mail About doc created to my mail ID. But I could not get this doc  In RTF & PDF format for downloading. Also When I click to My Production,Updates,setting & Launguage nothing is open(find attached doc.).

  Any Aunthorization required for this or anything missing.

What I can see is that you are using Google's Chrome as browser. Is that correct? If so, did you try using a more public browser as the IE? Maybe it's a kind of incompatibility?

I am using Firefox without any problem. And as I see you logged in. Means all options should be available there. Did you try with different documents...

Hello,
at the moment i don´t know what could cause this problemblush.
From your screenshot i can see that you are logged in, so normally there should be know problem.
Maybe TomDeWou is right and it is a problem with your browser. Im will check this today, and will come back, when i have some results.

i had time and tested it.
It is a problem with google chrome. At the moment you should use firefox or Internet Explorerblush.

blush with Google's Chrome.
I have used other
browser so there is no problem.
