I have used successfuly The MAS1 positioning library and now I have changed the G110 drive with MM440 (same settings) and the Rot_Control Function retuns a Torque limit reached and the output analog command for speed reference stays at 3V. Is the MM440 slower in response than G110? Can anyone help, pls!

Hi Alex, don't know if you have come right yet, but the MM440 is not slower or anything like that.
It sounds like an encoder direction problem, but also make sure that you have selected the correct dip switch setting on the drive for either voltage of current input. I recommend current as the XP has a current output. Section 4.2 (pg 29 of V1.0) of the product information manual has the drive settings for the MM440 setup, check that there are no mistakes. If you have doubts of your calibration, disable the drive and force a value of 16000 to the drive, the MM440 should flash 50.0 Hz for a four pole motor.
