License WinCC V6.0SP4

Dear Experts,
I have a WinCC V6.0SP4 system running on RT 8K license. Now We want to upgrade to RT 64K for expanding the system. But unfortunately we cannot found the ordering code for WinCC V6.0SP4 License 64K on Siemens website, also Siemens local. So could I run the WinCC V6.0SP4 with WinCC V6.2 License RT64K and WinCC V6.2 License RC 64K?

Thanks for your help. But now siemens doest not still sell WinCC V6.0 SP4 so pls inform me that is it ok if I run WinCC V6.0 SP4 with WinCC V6.2 License?
