If you wish a repair of the faulty device/piece, send it in. We will repair it and return to you. On request, we can return the repaired device with your specific settings. In addition, a repair report can be issued both in English or German.
Which repair modes are at your disposal?
Depending on your requirements, you can choose between various repair types: The repair duration for standard repairs is usually between three and five work days. For urgent cases we provide an Express Repair service as well as a restructuring repair service for an extra fee. In both cases, you obtain the repaired device/piece as soon as possible. For restructuring repairs, the transport of the device to be repaired can be organized as well.
In case of emergency it is also possible to conduct a repair "off-time" - during weekends, holidays and during down period. Moreover, we can also come to you to repair devices/pieces that cannot be deinstalled due to its weight or for technical reasons.
