RMOS3-GNU V2.1 is the development platform for RMOS3. It is based on the widely used GNU chain of tools familiar from the UNIX / Linux environment and contains all expansions necessary for the development of RMOS3 applications, such as the GNU tools (Assembler, C/C++-Compiler, Linker, Debugger) and the integrated development environment Eclipse (IDE).

Using the "RMOS3-Plugins" for Eclipse, the creation of applications for RMOS3 is a very convenient procedure:

The "Remote Launcher" facilitates downloading of the application to the target system with automatic starting of the application and the Eclipse debugger.
The project type plug-in "Static Library" permits easy creation of static RMOS3 libraries.
Expandability of the Eclipse development environment by means of a host of downloadable plugins.
The "FTP plugin" simplifies the transmission of files to the target system.
