The SIMATIC Microbox PC 427B is equipped with powerful, energy-saving Intel Celeron M and Pentium M processors up
to 1.4 gigahertz and offers more than double the computing power of the predecessor model.

Thanks to its rugged PC technology, it is suitable for use in the machine. The absence of moving parts (fans) and the application of CompactFlash ensures maintenance-free continuous operation - up to an ambient temperature of +55 °C and with high system availability.

High adaptability and flexibility for measuring and control tasks
are provided by the 4 USB and 2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces as well as the optional PROFIBUS connection. Expansions can be carried out using up to 3 PCI-104 slots.
