HI
We Have 840D controler And We Must Change Control Board (6SN1118-0DG23-0AA1) for X axis With New Version 6SN1118-0DJ23-0AA2 WITH BELOW WAY:
We Have Archiveupgrade With old version and when change this with new version , archieveupgrade reload to system and confirm this affter that all drive ok exept X axis because we have fault number 300613 and 300614(temperature) and the motor of this drive is linier motor(1FN1124-5AC71-1AB0) .
please help me why we have this problem?
