ET200M Redundancy(Software) Diagnostic Data

Like dp-slaves i have some IMs (153-2BA00-0XB0) and  IMs (153-2BA01-0XB0).  My problem is that i can't see diagnostic redundancy data from IMs (153-2BA00-0XB0) but IMs (153-2BA01-0XB0) show his diagnostic redundancy data. thanks again.
