conecting to NCU 572.5

Dear sir's,
How i can connect to NCU 572.5 (in sinumeric 840D ) with PC adapter?I have a PC adapter with order number 6es7972-0cb20-0xa0 with power supply 24VDC, but it does not work.It seems NCU connect to PC only with PC adapter with power supply 5VDC,Is it True?If yes, what is the type and order number of this PC adapter?
I searched it in Siemens Site,but i not sure that is True:
6ES7972-0ca23-0xa0

have you wired 24V in X121?
seeking X122 in DOCONCD or doconweb
