Hello.
What the fault value in r047.01?
Look at the following FAQ:
6RA70, SIMOREG DC Master; Unwarranted F030 with fault value 2.

Hello,

If this drive is still in commissioning phase discuss with engineer/s about that fault. In other case ask for password. Basically you should know it after commissioning.

Best regards,
Hristo Mihalev

If you mean password protection in U005, U006 then ask him for password.
Another way is to reset all parameters to factory setting.
