Hello,

regarding to your listed software package which are installed on your PC. The compatibility is dependent on your Windows operating system.

Expample:
CFC V6.1+SP1 is not compatible with STEP 7 V5.4+SP4 under Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2003 SP2 and under Windows Vista.

I recommend to install STEP 7 V5.5+SP2 and CFC V8.0 which are compatible for Windows XP/7/2008R2

thank you for your online support , but this isnt main problem, As you know the analogue failsafe card with this order code SM-336(6ES7336-4GE00-0AB0) is configured at least by the following package according to the Siemens Catalogue

Installation and Operating Manual, 01/2010, A5E00085586-10

F Configuration Pack V5.5 SP 4 or higher

● For use in conjunction with S7 F Systems and with the HART function:–

S7 F Systems V6.0 with S7 F Systems Lib V1_3

–STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 + HF3 or higher and CFC V6.0 SP2 HF3 or higher
according to this solution , i have upgraded the bellow software to the above recommended and the previous software has the following specification.

-S7 F SYSTEM Pack V5.5 SP8

–S7 F Systems V5.2 with S7 F Systems Lib V1_2
-STEP7 V5.4 SP4

but at this time , i have already two problem one of them upgrading the application software that has been configured before by previous software (Lib V1_2) , and the other is configuration the analogue card ,when you are going to configuring this card , there is no fault in hardware compiling but in CFC when i calling the analogue channel drive the software cant connected this channel drive to the related module drive due to the process image (PIW) .

with all above explanation , it will be great favor to coming up with solution about these problems.

1- configuration of this Analogue channel drive that is supporting the HART protocol.
2-upgrading the old blocks to new blocks from old version to new version.

Dear All

i have big problem for analogue failsafe (HART support )card configuration , For using this card ,i ordered to upgrading F_system program from V5.2 to V6.1 but unfotunately i coudnt configure in software with editing symbole in hardware configuration due to reading data should be as process image(PIW) not in input word(IW) ,whereas the data catching from this card should be in process image , how can i do this?
