wincc not communicating with sql for faceplate object veiw

(0)  hi !!! i have a project installed on my laptop with version wincc 7.0 sp 3. for this project when we are calling faceplate it gives error that object is not found. but in event the object name exits and also in the sql database. for connection to database through ODBC script is written but i am not able to opean it. is any other packages need to be installed for communication. is DSN name should be matching with the script. project is developed in win cc 7.0 sp2 . please help me to have the standared object on calling it ... thanks and regards.
