Hi everbody;

I have a question about reduction rate in scout. How do you change this rate with flexible? Is there tag of rate in scout?

Hello,

there are 2 systemvariabels on the axis:
TypeOfAxis.NumberOfDataSets_DataSet_1.numFactor -> Motor Revolution
TypeOfAxis.NumberOfDataSets_DataSet_1.denFactor  -> Load Revolutions

You can write this variables via WinCCflex and then you must restart the axis to activate the new values.

hy, can we make the scout program to change these two variables (in ST language)? how? thank you

Hello,

to cance the configdata use the following syntax in ST:

<TO-Name>.setconfigata.TypeOfAxis.NumberOfDataSets.DataSet_1.Gear.denFactor:=<value>

But you must restart the To after chancing this Configdata!

Use the systemfunktion _resetAxis or the system variable restartActivation on the axis.

<To-Name> means the name of the axis on which you would chache the values.

when we did compilation, we got an error.
we used this code:
M0985_RotaryCuttingInternal.setconfigata.TypeOfAxis.NumberOfDataSets.DataSet_1.Gear.denFactor:= 66 ;
the errors are:

Error: Variables_Calculation(39) : 10014 :Already specified technology packages do not support the type of TO "m0985_rotarycuttinginternal"

Hello,

your ST unit should have the begin:

INTERFACE
USEPACKAGE cam;


With the usepackage driective you can use all variables and functions of the technological objects in the ST-Unit.

what is m0985_rotarycuttinginternal?
Axis, Cam or so?
Or a drive in SINAMICS?
can you post a property screen of "m0985_rotarycuttinginternal?
