Why don't I see the 'E' when upgrading firmware

Hello All, I am trying to upgrade firmware on a compact plus drive and when I put the switched plug in and power on, the display is blank.

Why?

Damn, got it - I read the Tech-e document in the firmware zipfile - Doh!!

Hi, Unlike Compact and Chassis, the Compact-plus drives don't show an E (or anything) when they are ready to upgrade firmware.
