Hai all,

I am working in CNC Automation Field,. I didnt get a chance to work with SIMOTION Technology...

If we not considering PartProgramming How can we defferentiate the CNC with SIMOTION,as SIMOTION is also use for Position and Speed Control..

Which will be better if cosider with,

1. Cost
2. Performance
3. User friendly
4. Implimentation
5. Support

Thanks & Regards,
Raj

CNC is used in machine tool application it has inbuilt positioning /tool changing commnad used for specific application required less software work.

Simotion is used in user specific servo application and required more logic development as application requirement.we can make any logic for any application where speed /positioning required.

cost wise CNC may be little bit expensive not more
performance wise both is accurate for respective application
CNC is userfriendly because less software development
