Minimum length pulse generation by DO of SM module

hello everyone,
I want to generate pulse output by DO(digital output) of SM Module.what is maximum frequency can i genrate.My CPU is 412-2dp.I want to genrate frequency greater then internal clock memory.

Hello,
It should depends on the digital output module itself, as we are talking about high speed DO.
Try 6ES7322-1BH10-0AA0. You can generate up to 1000 Hz train of pulses for resistive load.

check details of 6ES7 138 4DD01 0AB0 it is 2 Pulse output card.
