 hi forums!
  I excecuted optimization run for precontrol and current control for armature and field (P051=25). why? first simoreg fault F038( overspeed) and actual too true- speed over 120%, second repeated with p051=25 --> power supply shut off of breaker and break fuse. check motor so die. cryhelp

Hello,

Explain us in details what did you do before to start optimisation? Does the motor coupled with gear?

before there, parameter change p654=3100 to p654=2100 (connect witch-on from OP1S).drive in operating status o7.1, select P051=25  and then Start on OP1S.drive run without a machanical load couple to the motor.

Hello.
Did you read the chapter 7.5 of the manual, especially cautions of optimization runs (P051=25, page 171):

Permanent-field motors (and motors with an extremely high residual flux) must be
mechanically locked during this optimization run.

In order to avoid rotation in the case of separately excited motors with a very high
field circuit time constant, the motor field current must be zero before starting this
optimization run. The value 1 (11, 21) must therefore be set at P082 instead of 3
(13, 23) for the duration of this optimization run. The standstill field P257 is to be
set to 0.0 percent if P082 = 2 (12, 22).

The set current limits are not effective during the current controller
optimization run. 75% of the rated motor armature current flows for
approximately 0.7s. Furthermore, individual current spikes of
approximately 120% of the motor rated armature current are
generated.

Hi,
Before start-up please complete the pre-commissioning procedure such as meggaring and confirm the healthyness of the motor and then power up the drive.Enter the motor data correctly,control mode,speed feedback,command source,Field operating mode, Setpoint source,Converter armature and field reduction with respect to motor.After parameterising these basic parameters u need to perform an optimization Run.The parameter numbers you will get in the parameter list.
