start up of fail-safe manager in WINAC RTX F

Dear All
I have installed WINAC RTX F 2009 on PC , when trying to open, the panel display but I get an error message"Internal error during start up of fail-safe manager".
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi.

Check the windows eventlogs whether there's an more detailed error message and verify the "System CMOS/Real Time Clock" is running on IRQ8 (see manual of WinAC RTX F for further details). As far as I remember, there also is a tool to verify the system fullfills the requirements for the F functionality - but check the manuals and readmes at first.
