hello

we have several micromaster 440 frame sizes B, C, and D.
I haven't found any maintenance document, only for f frames. Is there any?

Is there a maintenance kit for frame sizes b, c, and d? I mean fans or capacitors, etc.

I also would like to know if there's a capacitor reforming recommendation, and if there is any special procedure for spare drives of 6 years of storage in frames B, C, and D.

regards.

What did you meant by maintenance kits?

Please have a look on the procedure in this FAQ:

After what time period do the DC link capacitors have to be re-formed? What is the procedure when forming DC link capacitors?

Hope this helps.

I mean if theres some preventive maintenance directive.

for example, changing fan coolers in drives. Other manufacturers specify every 5 years changing the fan coolers inside drives. I couldn't find any information about it, or perhaps the lifetime of a fan is the same than of the inverter electronics therefore there is no need to change fans. Always talking of A,B,C and D frames

about capacitors, i've found a graph for capacitor reforming in the manual.

a kit would be a fan cooler and dc capacitor for frame B or C, etc.
