connecting Siemens Logo! with PC

I have same problem with connecting Siemens Logo! with PC. I have 6ED1 052-1FB00-0BA6 Siemens Logo and 6ED1057-1AA01-0BA0 cable.
When I try to transfer from PC to LOGO I got message:
Please check:
-LOGO in correct mode
-The LOGO PC cable is connected
-Correct interface selected

Interface is selected correct and PC cable is connected, probably is some problem with mode of LOGO. Where do I select that mode? LOGO display is turned off and he isn't connected on supply.
I am first time using LOGO so every help is welcome.

Hello,

Is this a joke

The logo needs power to communicate.
It's not powered by the programming cable.
before going further i suggest you have a look at the Manual
