Starter V4.3.1.2 can not read help files

(0)  Hello,  I have downloaded Starter V4.3.1.2 and followed the instructions to unzip to a shared folder. Program is running on 64-bit  WINDOWS 7. Everything is fine, except for help. When I start Starter appears to me, the screen as in Picture 1 in attachment.  I found on this  forum (https://www.automation.siemens.com/WW/forum/guests/PostShow.aspx?HTTPS=REDIR&language=en&PostID=107356   on last post ) next advise:  " OR 3. Select any of the chm-files; right mouse-click, properties. Click onto "Zulassen" (means allow) and this file will be shown. see attachment" Now help tipps is only partially open, some stuff is okay, but not for others. To resolve it You unzip the three files in a folder and after that you burn a data cd with Nero or other. In fact you uninstall starter an reinstall with the cd. The probleme is the seven 64 bit block the help file when it comes to an another PC. If you don't want use a cd you could burn a image.nrg with nero and use it with daemon tool (virtualize iso nrg in virtual cd drive).  And enjoy Best regards
