Problem with firmware and SIWALOAD

I've got ET200M IM153-1 with 4 SIWAREX M modules mounted on the same rack. I'm trying to change one siwarex to different one (the same catalog number, but different firmware version - old is 0115, new is 0121). After I do that - there's no communication between siwarex and CPU (last values of data record are those from old siwarex and stay "frozen"). 
I thought the firmware might be too old, so I tried to load firmware version 0126, but when I do that, SIWALOAD says "CONNECT PC WITH SIWAREX MODULE".
I think I'm doing it right: connect to COM, set 2nd dip switch to ON, reset power and ENTER.

What can be the solution of my problem?

Hello BlackCamel,

A:
If you have no communication between the Siwarex M module and the CPU do the following steps:
1. Switch off the ET200M station
2. Switch off that Siwarex M module where you have the communication problems
3. Switch on the Siwarex M module and wait a few seconds until the Siwarex M module is ready
(The LEDs on the Siwarex M module aren’t no longer flashing)
4. Switch on the ET200M station

B:
The Siwaload software needs the operating systems Windows 95 or Windows 98.
Windows XP or higher doesn’t work.

A: That's what I am doing. When I connect old SIWAREX again, it's working. 

B: I tried Windows 2000 and it's not working. I think it should work, because old programs like STEP5 work. I'll try Win95 and 98, thanks for answer.

Windows 2000 doesn’t work with Siwaload.
