Hi, please confirm if this problem (F008) existed before exchanging the CUVC card.

Also, it is not clear that the DC voltage you mention is measured (with a meter) from the DC actual, or if it is a parameter display (r006) please make sure that both match exactly.

I suspect that 1 phase of the rectifier is not functioning, it is possible for the DC Link voltage to reach full voltage with only two phases of the rectifier, HOWEVER, as soon as any load is present, the voltage drops sharply. I recommend using three current clamps on the input phases to determine which one is not drawing any (much) current and repair.

Regards,
Graeme

Pls. check thyrister triggering card(PCC). It may malfunction. Today My 75KW drive 6SE7031-8EF60-1AA1 was tripping on F008. I compared DC link voltage(with Volt meter) and r006, found same. Then replaced PCC card. Found drive is working OK.

But i have doubt that same PCC card's (6SE7031-7HH84-1HJ0) 2,4 & 6 SMD components are getting heated up. What may be the reason??
