Infeed module has no lights

Hello I have a Niles Gear grinding machine with a 10202 alarm. I noticed that the infeed module has no lights on it even though the incoming power is correct. Is this infeed module dead or am I missing something else? I just want to be for sure that I need a new one before calling Siemens.
