Hi All

I would like to controll my hmi screen from s7 1200 plc is there any chance to do this, if yes how??
For example at hmi, you click F1 and screen goes to "setting screen" and in setting screen you click F2 screen goes setting screen 2,3,4..etc..

With Kind Regards

Hello,

Please tell us what screen you have there, most screens have option to select screen with PLC.
To be sure whe need the MLFB off the screen.

Marcjan

Greetings

"you click F1 and screen goes to "setting screen" and in setting screen you click F2 screen goes setting screen 2,3,4..etc"

How is that control from PLC? You can do all this without PLC, just with HMI. This is the usual way...

Best regards

Not the screens but the ordernumber of the HMI itself, different hmi is different options and solutions.

Hello,

You don't need to use PLC to change screens as mentioned above.
Simply add the correct function to the F-keys.
See picture attached.

Hello freeman1907,

It is possible to change screen by using the F-buttons of panel, like already mentioned.

But it is also possible to change screen by using PLC.
You can use a tag1. Go to properties -> Events and use "Value change" -> Activate Screen by number.
And then you can use a Tag to specify the screen you want to select.

Best regards,

Wizard
