Dear Experts  ,

In our COROS HMI screen we want to give START / STOP or ON /  OFF switch
for main valve which provides water cooling spray supply for arc Electrodes.  Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_

And now we are using S5 plc for Arc Furnace.

Kindly give us suggetion about ON / OFF  switch & language configuration becoz we dont have any
old referance. blush

Thank you.

Hello

Please give me more information.
Which Version you are using?

Please send me the picture *.bld and I can give you an example.
Or you copy another button of you projct and connect this with other access of your s5l list.

Please note: after any changings you have to compile your project again.

Best Regards

Hello

First how can i create DB in PG for existing signal.    ... DB for configure in COROS.

- Open Editor KOMED
- Menu EDIT
- new element
- Simatic S5-Fill out all settings like in other tags
- save Editor KOMED

Further check the kind of communication in Editor Komed PLC List
In case of VC3/VC4/VC5 or VC3/VC4 you must create a nwe SEND Order (FB120) in your S5 CPU
In case of VC1/VC2 you must do nothing
Please note the new DB must exist in your S5 CPU completely.

also suggest me how we can ADD such new DB for existing signal to operate button.
- Please open Editor Graf
- create a new button and write the same script as you send me as bmp
- or copy a existing button and modify the symbolik name only (more easier)

Best Regards

Hello

If you made any changings in your Coros Project you have to create a new OSO file.
- Open editor Utilities
- Open the OSV file
- compile alle files
- save osv file
- start oso file
