Problem activating wincc project

(0)  Hi! I have problem while activating my wincc project . The activation stops during the activation of allarm login and runtime doesn't run. I activated graphics runtime,global script, alarm login, tag login and archive user.  The version of wincc is 7.0 sp2 Update 1. No antivirus or other programs are installed on the pc, i installed only wincc.  My hardware pc is:  Model: Acer Aspire M1930  Rating: 220-240Vac, 3.15A, 50Hz  Windows 7 Pro SP1 32 Bit  CPU: Intel Core i3 Processor 2120  RAM: 4GB DDR3 memory  HDD: 400 GB Hard Drive wdc wd5000aakx-001ca0 ata device  OPTICAL: PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-219RS ATA DEVICE  VIDEO: Nvidia GeForce 510 1024 M  LAN: Integrated LAN 10/100/1000  MODEM: none  KEYBOARD: USB keyboard  MOUSE: USB Optical mouse  SPEAKER: None  BIOS: P02-A2L    I enclose diagnose log file. Yolov Joined 2/22/2006 Last visit: 5/18/2013 Posts: 202 Rating:  (19)	(0)  Hi, Try to create new WinCC project, add Alarm Logging & Tag Logging to start up list and activate. This to check if WinCC is OK. If it so, open the problem WinCC project and try to reset Alarm Logging archives (segment) from Alarm Logging editor. Then activate the project again. lakebodom Joined 6/13/2012 Last visit: 11/29/2012 Posts: 6 Rating:  (0)	(0)  Good morning i have seen that wincc 7.0 sp2 is not compatible with win 7 sp1.  Is there a way to downgrade win7 sp1 to win7 without sp1? The pc is new and sp1 is integrated in the cd installation of windows 7, it is not an upgrade. Thank you
