I’m a student in faculty of mechanical and electrical engineering

I want to achieve the reverse interlocking using goose of IEC 61850.

I have this stuff:

1-      -Protection relays (7sj64) with IEC 61850 module (EN 100).

2-      -PHOENIX switch (FL SWITCH SF8TX).

3-      -DIGSI 4.82.

4-      -KOCOS (FOR TESTING).

The question is:

 Do I need:

1-      -Sicam pas (user interface) to export SCD file.

2-      -IEC 61850 license. (If I need, is there any demo license).

3-      -Industrial switch.

Install Digsi and as License Number enter "Trial". You'll have the full version for 30 days.

3- -Industrial switch.
For such test you don't need special switch. A switch which understands VLAN is enough if you want to see/test the "Goose Priority", which is actually a VLAN priority. Don't connect Siprotec as a ring, as this switch was not tested by Siemens. In digsi configure the EN100 as Line Mode.

I do it successfully via DIGSI only........

But for vertical communication I need IEC 61850 license for sicam pas (UI)

Is there any demo license for sicam pas (UI)???
