fault-30022 in sinamics s-120 drive

Shank Joined 9/14/2007 Last visit: 4/9/2013 Posts: 33 Rating:  (2)	(1)  Dear Vivek, Fault F30022 is basically for for defect in IGD card or short ckt or open the IGBT.you can check the IGBT with the help of multimeter with the help of attached file. Shank Joined 9/14/2007 Last visit: 4/9/2013 Posts: 33 Rating:  (2)	(1)  Dear Vivek, Remove the motor outgoing connection & DC link or Incoming AC supply connection . Switch OFF the Control as well as 24 VDC supply & then carried out cold run test. Normally if you check the fault causes it is due to damage of fibre optic cable or power cable connection opened, or otherwise because of IGD card or IGBT failure. Regards, Shank
