How can we do reset for PLC.

one method

  1. Switch the CPU/FM to STOP mode as follows:

      • Set the mode selector to STOP.

      • If the mode selector is set to RUN-P, you can also set the CPU/FM to STOP mode using the menu command PLC > Diagnostics/Setting > Operating Mode. To do this, the S7 program must be selected in the online window of the project or in the "Accessible Nodes" window.

  2. Select the menu command PLC > Diagnostics/Setting > Clear/Reset.

  3. Confirm the memory reset in the dialog box which appears.
