Dear KSN:
  I know when do we need to use Universal module in our system, but how to configure it? do u have the related document?
  Another question, when should we use SB591? and how to use it?

SB591 may be inserted only as sub-module in CPU (PMC-slot under program-memory slot), but documentation says about it:
