MP 377 is not showing in Prosave

Dear Expert,

I want to take backup from HMI 377(6AV6 644 0BA0 2AX1) & I have used prosave V7.3.4.0 for take HMI Backup. but in device type HMI 377 is not showing so I could not take backup so now how can I take Backup....

Hi,

According to this article Service Tool ProSave V7.4.4 MP377 should be supported. Maybe you can try to uninstall your ProSave and download a new copy from link above and install again. Maybe probelm will be solved ?
